Mission

Our mission at Wynne Solutions is to provide an array of services using the techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in home-based, clinical, and educational settings to meet diverse behavioral needs via face-to-face and tele-health methods. We aim to inspire hope and enhance daily lives by providing the best-individualized treatment to children and adults using methods to change behavior in order to create a path for long-term wellness through collaboration between the child, family, therapy team, schools, community, and other field professionals.

Vision

Wynne Solutions’ vision is to provide services that enable parents, caregivers, children, adolescents, and adults to acquire many different skills to bring about meaningful and positive changes to support independence and improve quality of life. The primary focus of Wynne Solutions is to provide high quality education to support caregivers and teachers of individuals with behavioral needs in decreasing challenging behaviors and acquiring new skills in their place. We believe parents and teachers are the best advocates for their children and students. . Interventions should be designed to teach the entire family new skills with the goal of living as independently as possible and phasing out services. 

Clinicians

Wynne Solutions maintains a select staff of highly qualified interventionists. All clinicians are Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Each clinician possesses a graduate degree and has years of extensive experience providing clinical treatment and working with individuals with severe behaviors. Many of our staff have a background as classroom teachers as well as staff who are fluent in Spanish and Japanese.

Wynne Solutions BCBAs adhere to the professional and ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®), BACB® Professional Disciplinary and Ethical Standards and Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts (BACB, 2022), and possess state health licenses. Our entire team of BCBAs work in collaboration with one another under the direct supervision of Dr. Gilmour.

Maria Gilmour

Dr. Maria Gilmour has been professionally working with families for the past 20+ years. Maria is an educator and a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). She has taught in both elementary schools and universities. Maria recently published a book on using positive behavior support in parenting (https://sevensuperpowers.com/).

Jessica McArthur

Jessica McArthur is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA). She has been working with families and children for 7+ years. She was born and raised in Oregon, received her master’s in special education at Portland State University. Jessica speaks Spanish as a second language and has experience working with a broad spectrum of families with exceptionalities. Hablo español.

Kelly Stafford

Kelly Stafford is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA) with Wynne Solutions. She is licensed in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Virginia. Kelly has experience working with individuals of all ages with a variety of exceptionalities. She also has experience working in school settings.

Mariko Kanata

Mariko Kanata is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed behavior analyst (LBA). She was born and raised in Japan and is fluent in Japanese 日本語での対応も可能です。She received her Master’s in early childhood education with special education at Portland State University, and she specializes in children (18 months to 18 years old).
